All prices are subject to 7.375% sales tax

Day visitors staying over 2 hours, and/or those using the resort amenities will be charged a daily guest fee of $25/person. Visitors must check-in to the office upon arrival.

A $60/night deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

Deposit Refunds: Deposit refunds for cancellations made more than 90 days in advance of your arrival date are 50% refundable. Deposit refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days in advance of your arrival date are not refundable. If a cancellation is made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival, you are responsible for FULL payment of the remaining balance of your stay unless a replacement is found.

Pets

We think pets are part of the family and allow dogs for an additional fee, and with the following guidelines:

• Dogs MUST be kept on a leash. Even the best behaved ones!
• Dogs must be cleaned up after.
• Excessive barking, whining, or aggressive behavior is not allowed.
• Dogs should not be left alone in the cabins and are to be kept off the furniture.
• Dogs are not allowed at the swimming beach but are welcome to swim in other areas away from other resort guests.
• You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet.

Pet Fee:

• $25/day or $125/week for 1 dog
• $40/day or $200/week for 2 dogs.

Max of 2 dogs in a cabin.

16′ deluxe fishing boat, live well, trolling motor, captain seating, 60HP motor
